About Us

Lola Blankets began with a family and a blanket.

Our founders, brothers Tommy and Will Higham, watched their mother Amy find comfort in a soft faux fur blanket through years of living with breast cancer and its treatments. That blanket became a comfort to the whole family. Before she passed, Amy gave each of her children a blanket of their own, so they would feel held when she no longer could.

We build every Lola to carry that same feeling. Life-changing softness, made to be lived in, washed, and passed between the people you love.

What we make
Our original double-sided blankets come in sizes from Baby to the Lola XL. We make weighted blankets designed to help you settle and sleep, pillows and cushions that match every colorway, and pet beds, pet blankets and pads — because the animals in your family deserve the same comfort.

How we make it
Zero shed. Double-sided. Machine washable, and made to keep performing wash after wash. We obsess over the details because the details are what you feel every night.

Giving back
Amy’s story is still our north star. We make monthly visits and blanket donations to the Huntsman Cancer Institute, support the Morgan Pressel Foundation, and back cancer and charity initiatives our customers bring to us.
